For goods out of stock
Effective email will be replied in 24 hours with exact information of leading time. All products will be delivered to your place by DHL, FedEx or by sea/air. Our sales person will keep you informed of the delivery information via email. All inquiries will be dealt immediately by sales person with serious attitude.
After service
Easy return in TwoChem, all products will undergo strict quality test with the full QC analysis, including NMR, LC-MS, HPLC, and chiral compounds with chiral HPLC. TwoChem chemicals are of high purity, typically over 98% by HPLC, and the bioactivity is also approved. TwoChem has Satisfaction Guarantee return policy. If you do not satisfy with the quality of our products, you may Return/Exchange any items in 3 weeks after you receive the products. Please contact the Customer Service (info@twochem.com) to obtain a Return/Exchange Authorization. Your research is very important to us and your satisfaction is our top priority.
